COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 1791R-8B8P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Line-Seiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johnson-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eagle-Signal product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Line-Seiki such as the G48305C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A80ABA57 manufactured by Johnson-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Johnson-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HP50A6 by Manufacturer Eagle-Signal as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand 6210306 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fuji-Electric such as NP1Y16T09P6 equipment made by Fuji-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fuji-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fuji-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1556527 made by Dynamic as well as the popular XMTE7000 original spares produced by Lida Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2MLLEFMT by Honeywell and NP1Y16T09P6 spares by Fuji-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TC119AP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Harrel-Incorporated. |
